Built on Real Experience

We started corinthavio in 2019 because we kept seeing the same problem. People with good jobs and decent incomes still struggled to manage their money. Not because they were careless, but because nobody taught them how to build a proper budget.

How We Got Here

2019

The Beginning

Started with three financial advisors who were tired of watching clients make the same budgeting mistakes. We launched our first workshop in Sydney with twelve attendees. The feedback was simple: this should have been taught in school.

2021

Going Digital

Moved everything online during the pandemic. Honestly, it was forced on us, but it worked out better than expected. Suddenly we weren't limited to Sydney. Our programs reached Melbourne, Brisbane, and regional areas we'd never considered.

2023

Refining the Approach

After teaching over 2,000 people, we noticed patterns. The traditional budgeting advice wasn't working for modern households. So we rebuilt our curriculum from scratch, focusing on master budget frameworks that actually fit how people live today.

2025

Where We Are Now

We're running programs across Australia with a waiting list that sometimes stretches three months. Our next cohort starts in August 2025. We've kept the class sizes small because quality matters more than quantity.

What Guides Our Work

Practical Over Theoretical

We don't teach abstract financial concepts. Every lesson is built around real scenarios that our students actually face. Mortgage stress, childcare costs, irregular income. The stuff that keeps people up at night.

No Judgment Zone

Money mistakes happen. We've all made them. Our programs create space for honest conversations about financial struggles without the shame that usually comes with it. You can't learn if you're afraid to admit what you don't know.

Long-Term Thinking

Quick fixes don't work with finances. We teach systems that grow with you. Whether you're single now and planning a family later, or already juggling multiple financial priorities. The framework adapts.

Transparency First

We're upfront about what our programs can and cannot do. Learning to budget properly takes time and effort. Anyone promising overnight transformation is selling you something that doesn't exist.

How We Actually Teach

Most financial education falls into two camps. Either it's too simple and doesn't address real complexity, or it's so technical that regular people tune out. We've found a middle ground that works.

Our programs run over twelve weeks. That's not arbitrary. It takes about that long for new financial habits to actually stick. You'll work with the same group throughout, which helps because everyone's learning together and supporting each other.

  • Weekly sessions focused on one specific aspect of master budgeting
  • Homework assignments using your actual financial situation
  • Small group discussions where you can ask the questions you're too embarrassed to ask in public
  • Access to tools we've built specifically for Australian households
  • Follow-up support for three months after the program ends

What Happens After

Finishing the program isn't the end. Most of our students stay connected. We run quarterly check-ins where alumni can come back with questions as their financial situations change.

Life happens. You get a promotion, have a kid, buy a house, start a business. The budget framework you learned needs to flex with those changes. We're here to help you adjust it.

We also maintain a private community space where past students share tips, ask questions, and support each other. It's become one of the most valuable parts of the whole experience.
